Meat and Three Vegetables

I think meat and three veg is not a good rule because I think you should be able to cook what you want. It would be boring of having the same things for tea for 365 days a year! I would like different thing for tea such as spaghetti bolognese, pizza and pasta.

    Thank you for sharing your honest opinion on the meat and three veg rule. I like that you have thought about your answer carefully and backed it up with reasons, well done!

    I agree having meat and three veg every night might get boring - variety is important! It would be sad to miss out on meals like pizza, pasta and Bolognese. I do like the idea of having meat and three veg some nights though as I am a fan of both meat and veg!
    I think if I could pick my favourite combination it would probably be: steak, mashed potato and gravy, broccoli/cauliflower and beans! What about you?
